Hannah Evans
Hannah was born into a theatrical family so, whilst also having a passion for her small holding, holding a Equine Masters Qualification along with developing her hospitality and florist business, she has always performed, originally training in Classical Ballet and Jazz before acting and began facilitating and teaching some nine years ago. A re-enactor in any spare moments, Hannah's historical knowledge spans many eras! This knowledge and interest has allowed Hannah to develop tours, educational sessions and displays at numerous Historical and Heritage Sites.
As a historical interpreter with Act It Out, Hannah has been seen as a Suffragette, Georgian Kitchen Maid (demonstrating how to hand decorate a tradition Twelfth Night Cake), WWI VAD and a WWII Land Girl... meaning her rare breed animal and traditional agriculture knowledge is invaluable!

As a teacher and facilitator, Hannah has worked with all ages from preschool to adult, priding herself on being able to communicate with everyone from all backgrounds. Hannah also volunteered for six years with a Theatre Group for those with disabilities, being trained in Autism Awareness, Disability Awareness, Dementia Awareness and Child Safeguarding. This work even earned her a trip to Buckingham Palace for a Garden Party with the Queen!

Hannah has also been involved in event planning and has raised money for The Starlight Foundation, Marie Curie, The East Cheshire Hospice, many Military based Charities (due to her Military connections), along with many others. Hannah has also dipped her toes into modelling, featuring in fitness books published throughout the UK and USA. She also sings with our Professional Cabaret Group, Melodia, taking musical theatre roles such as Eponine in Les Miserable and Ado Annie in Oklahoma along with an enjoyment of singing country inspired songs with the accompaniment of an acoustic guitar.

Other recognizable theatrical credits include:
Linda - Blood Brothers - Touring Production
Dancer (Ikette) - Beatles Inspired Production - The Beat Club
Created the role of Annie Findlow - Letters of War - WWI Touring Production
Horror Actor - Tatton Parks Haunted Halloween

Hannah also works as Act It Out's Stage Manager (also available as freelance), and has most recently stage managed 'Dorothy and Harry', an outdoor promenade piece at The Dorothy Clive Gardens and 'Midsummer Night's Dream' at Ford Green Hall.

Hannah is married to the incredible Ric, who we promise didn't make us write that! Ric has been know to join Act It Out as an accomplished Actor and a Theatre and Logistics Technician... very handy for the odd time when we're asked to fit a whole set into a stable block!
